All Sales Are Final
At AirShooter, our goal is to provide high-quality products and a great customer experience. Each order is carefully processed and inspected before being shipped to ensure that your product arrives in proper condition.
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining product quality, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for orders unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
By placing an order with AirShooter, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and that refunds will only be considered under the conditions outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your AirShooter product arrives damaged, defective, or unusable due to an issue that occurred during shipping or manufacturing, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the damage or defect
- A detailed description of the issue
- Any additional information requested by our support team
After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution. If your claim is approved, AirShooter may provide a replacement product or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.
Please note that claims submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible for assistance.
Non-Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Incorrect product selection
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product after use
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing checkout.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, we kindly ask that you contact our support team first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
